Pre-owned luxury from Japan

Each listing describes and photographs one specific pre-owned item. Before dispatch, our staff in Japan inspect it against its listing description and photographs and review the condition notes.

We do not issue certificates of authenticity. If the item you receive is not as described, you can return it under our Returns policy.

Each item has a condition rank from S (unused or as new) through SA, A and AB to B (used with clear wear). The rank is a summary: the written condition notes and the photographs of the item always come first. The full definitions are in our Condition Guide.

Possibly. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties, import taxes (such as VAT or GST) and any customs clearance or handling fees charged by the carrier are not included in our prices or shipping charges. They are paid by the recipient on delivery and depend on your country's rules and the value of the goods. See Shipping.

Your order is prepared after availability and inspection checks, then shipped from Japan with a tracked international service. The shipping price and the usual transit time for your country are shown on each item page and in your cart. Customs clearance can add time.
