How we inspect items

Each listing describes one specific pre-owned item, with its own photographs and condition notes. Availability can change, so we confirm it while processing your order.

What happens after you order

1. Payment. Your card is charged when you place your order.
2. Availability check. If the item is unavailable, we cancel it and refund its price in full, along with any shipping charge that no longer applies to your order.
3. Inspection. The item is inspected by our staff in Japan: we compare it with the listing description and photographs, check the condition notes and look for any undisclosed defects.
4. Packing and shipping. The item is packed with protective materials and shipped from Japan with tracking. We email you when it ships.

What our inspection is, and is not

Our inspection checks that the item matches its listing and is in the described condition. We describe what we see honestly, including flaws.

We do not issue certificates of authenticity. If you believe an item is not as described, please contact us under our Returns policy.
