Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from DM Shop, operated by DM Kokusai Co., Ltd., GS Heim Ochanomizu 203, 3-22-9 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-0033, Japan (corporate number 3010601056486).

The items

Every item is a single pre-owned item. Listings describe the item's model, materials, condition rank and any known flaws, with photographs of the item itself. Minor signs of use consistent with the stated condition rank are normal for pre-owned goods. Items are inspected by our staff in Japan before they are shipped.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• Import duties, taxes and carrier fees are not included and are paid by the recipient on delivery (DAP). See Shipping.
• Payment is by card through Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Your order

After you pay, we confirm availability and inspect the item in Japan before dispatch. If the item is unavailable, we cancel that item and refund it in full; if that leaves nothing in the order, we also refund the shipping charge. We email you about any such change.

You can ask us to cancel an order before it ships by emailing [email protected] with your order number; we refund you in full.

Delivery

We ship from Japan to the countries offered at checkout. We do not ship to Japan or to sanctioned or restricted destinations. The recipient is responsible for import formalities and charges. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

Returns and withdrawal

Customers in every delivery country outside the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery; they pay return shipping and receive a refund of the item price, but not the original shipping charge. Customers in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal instead, which is longer. Returns are also accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are not as described or have an undisclosed defect. For an accepted claim of that kind, we refund the item price and any applicable original outbound shipping charge to the original payment method; standard tracked return postage is paid upfront by the customer and reimbursed separately by bank transfer after we receive the postage receipt. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
