About DM Shop

DM Shop is the online store of DM Kokusai Co., Ltd., a company based in Tokyo, Japan. We offer individually listed pre-owned luxury bags and accessories to customers outside Japan.

What we do

• One item at a time. Every listing is a single, specific pre-owned item. The photographs show that item, including its wear.
• Condition in plain words. Each item carries a condition rank and a written description of its flaws. See our Condition Guide.
• Checked in Japan. Items are inspected by our staff in Japan before they are shipped. See How We Inspect Items.
• Clear prices. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees are not included and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Where we ship

We ship from Japan to most countries. We do not ship to addresses in Japan. See Shipping for details.
